- Get a copy of XPPort– This tool will make your life a whole lot simpler. XPPort is developed by Ramplan and will move all your Excel data to Powerpoint while keeping all the functionality of the Excel spreadsheet within PowerPoint.
- Install XPPort– You will receive a download link from Ramplan. To connect XPPort to Excel you will need to place the file in the specified directory. (Ramplan will tell you the file in the email with your link)
- Enable the XPPort add-in- Open Excel and under the insert tab in the Add-ins group click the drop down arrow and select the manage other add-ins option. Click “Go” at the bottom of the pop up window. Check the check box next to XPPort and select “OK”.
- Click the Launch button- XPPort is now ready to use. XPPort now appears as a tab in the tool bar of excel. Once you click the Launch button XPPort will automatically copy all the data from Excel and make a PowerPoint presentation for you in seconds.
